Each order is processed in the order it is received. Because each lei is made with your event in mind and can be customized to your desired look at minimum a lei takes 2 hours to make but can take up to 3 and a half hours to complete.

Scheduling a pick up time once the order is completed is the most popular option. However, orders can be delivered or shipped for an additional fee if Congratulei is too far away.
Cash, Check, PayPal, and Venmo are the most popular choices. Credit Cards are also accepted but surcharges do apply.
When you are ready to place your order, submit your order using the ordering page or give us a call. We will go over the customization details and begin processing your order. Once payment is received, the magic begins and your order is completed. Once completed (by due date or sooner) you will be contacted to arrange for delivery/pick up. Its that simple! Please note, orders are started in the order in which payment is received so it is important to get your payment in.
There is a posibility one can be customized but in the case one can not, there is an variety of leis premade that can be chosen from.
